面相學是中國五術中的一種學問，主要從人的面上

或身上的特徵、行為舉止等來判斷一個人的性格

和健康，從而推測一個人的命運。

現今面相學融合西洋解剖學，最基本分為三質，

心性質、筋骨質、營養質，從膚色五官高矮胖

瘦皆可從這三質來論，三質定位後再依據流年

細論，並搭配五官。（若三質熟悉則可加入中國

相法中的「五行」來分類）相絕對不單論，定

要配合整體，否則將斷章取義判斷失策。

面相學是中國五術中的一種學問，主要從人

面相的記載很早。《禮記》載：「凡視上於面

則傲，下於帶則憂，傾則奸。」又如勾踐平

吳之後，范蠡深知勾踐為人「長頸鳥喙，

可與共患難，不可與共樂」，遂與西施一起

泛舟齊國，變姓名為鴟夷子皮。其他如蘇

秦是「骨鼻劍脊」；項羽乃「目有重瞳」；

周亞夫是「縱理入口」，縱理即法令，相

術謂縱理入唇為餓死之相；劉秀則是「隆

準日角」。

宋朝的蕭注稱王安石「牛目虎顧，視物

如射。」如能定眼注視太陽，認為是一種貴相。

例如《百家詩話》：記載陳瑩中「嘗入朝

，已立班上，御朝差晚，杲日照耀，蔡

京注目視日久，不瞬。瑩中私謂同省曰

：『此公視日不瞬，真貴人也。』」《浮

生六記》的作者沈復也能「張目對日」。

曾國藩天生一對三角眼，人見人怕。曾

國藩本人亦精相術，例如曾氏稱江忠源

，「此人必立名天下，然當以節烈死。」

曾的日記中還記載相人口訣：「邪正看眼

鼻，真假看嘴唇，功名看氣概，富貴看

精神，立意看指爪，風波看腳筋。若要

看條理，全在言語中。」《清稗類鈔·方

伎》記有《曾文正好相術》。

相學術語︰

以下分類皆為相學術語，例如三停，

分上停（髮際至額頭），中庭（印堂至

鼻準），下停（人中至下巴）

陰陽

三質（西洋面型學）

三停（上停，中庭，下停）：《神相全編》

卷二《身相三停》：「身分三停，頭為上

停，人矮小而頭大長者有上梢而無下梢

，身長大而頭短小者一生貧賤。自肩

至腰為中停，中停要勻稱，

短則無壽。」

五官（耳、眉、眼、鼻、口）

四瀆（耳、眼、鼻、口）

五嶽（額、鼻、下巴、兩顴）

六府（天倉[上二府]、命門[中二府]、

奴僕宮[下二府]）

六曜（兩眉、兩眼、命宮、山根）

八卦

九州

面型：

由、甲、申、田、同、王、圓、目、

用、風

十二宮（命宮、兄弟宮[眉]、夫妻宮、

子女宮、財帛宮、疾危宮、遷移宮[驛馬]

、官祿宮、田宅宮、奴僕宮、

福德宮、父母宮）

十三部位：

紋、痕、痣、斑，內相（包括肩膊、

腰、背、胸、腹、臍、臂、四肢、頸、

乳房(女性為主）、下陰、肛門、肌肉、

皮毛髮膚、牙、舌）。

骨相（包括十四骨法及頭骨）。《瑞桂

堂暇錄》：「東坡自謫海南歸，人有問其

遷謫辛苦者，坡答曰：『此乃骨相所招。

少時入京師，有相者云：一雙學士眼

，半個配軍頭，異日文章雖當知名，

然有遷徙不測之禍，今日悉符其語。』」

動相（包括行相、坐立相、食相、臥

相、哭相、笑相等）。

聲相

氣色

型局（包括五行、飛禽走獸（50種）、

清奇古怪幼異嫩重等。）

正於相術不必精，然接見一人，每於

其才之高下，德之深淺，福之厚薄，

往往決之而終身不爽。」

這個行業的從業員一般稱為算命或看

相先生，他們說可以從人的面貌或手

掌的紋路來預知命運。可預知命運的

位置分為手相、面相、骨相、痣相、

內相、眼神、聲音、氣色、皮毛髮膚、

動態、氣質、氣魄、氣概等。專門研

究宅相、墓相的是相術底下的風水學。

所謂「相」一般言包括：印相、名相

、人相、宅相、墓相等五種，是觀察

存在於現象界形象的一種占卜。

神相全編、神相鐵關刀、新人相學（

盧毅安）、觀相筆記（陳春榮）、冰鑑（

曾國藩）、神相水鏡集。

薛福成的《庸庵筆記》卷二《談相》

記載：「世俗頗傳曾文正精相術，於文

武員弁來謁者，必審視其福量之厚薄

，以定用舍及所任大小。

《宋史·蕭注傳》載：「安石牛目虎顧，

視物如射，意行直前，敢當天下大事……」。

《清史稿·曾國藩傳》記載：「國藩為人

威重，美須髯，目三角有陵，每對客，

注視移時不語，見者悚然。退則記其

優劣，無或爽者。」

如《世說新語》的人世百態也是識人知人。

《世說新語》有關於世說新語的分類

（1）描寫魏晉名士的道德修養，如德

行、方正、自新、賢媛等門。

（2）描寫魏晉士人的才能稟賦，包括言

語、政事、文學、捷悟、夙惠、術解

、巧藝。

（3）描寫不同人物的情感特性，如：

雅量、豪爽、傷逝、任誕、簡傲、棲逸

、輕詆、假譎、儉嗇、忿狷、讒險等門。

（4）描寫人物的日常生活及人際關係

；包括：寵禮、排調、棲逸、企羨、

規箴、容止、仇隙、紕漏、黜免、輕詆等門。

綜括而言，三十六門的設立充分反映

了此一時期的歷史背景和文化特色。

麻衣神相之十觀

一取威儀

如虎下山，百獸自驚。如鷹升騰，狐

兔自戰。不怒而威，不但在眼，亦觀

顴骨神氣取之。

二看精神

身如萬斟之舟，駕於巨浪之中，搖而

不動，引之不來， 坐臥起居，神氣清靈。

久坐不昧，愈加精彩。如日東昇，

刺人眼目。

如秋月懸鏡，光輝皎潔。面神眼神，

俱如日月之明。輝輝皎皎，自然可愛

；明 明潔潔，久看不昏。如此相者

，不大貴亦當小貴，富亦可許，不可妄談定。

三取清濁

但人體厚者自然富貴，清者縱瘦神長，必以貴推之。

濁者有神謂之厚，厚者多富。

濁而無神謂之軟，軟者必孤，不孤則夭。等等

又濕又冷的天氣不方便出門~做些小點心吧!

食材

雞腳(賣場) 一盒
辣椒 一根
薑片 數片
蒜頭 數粒
米酒 適量
青蔥 2支 切段
花椒 少許
五香粉 少許
醬油 適量
八角 1顆
細冰糖 少許


作法

1
先將雞腳洗淨(剪去指甲)川燙撈起備用

熱鍋後放一匙沙拉油熱鍋後，
爆香蔥.薑.蒜.八角.花椒
(注意:薑不用切碎, 大片的就可以了，
把辣椒切成段狀，蒜頭拍開，不用拍碎，
八角依個人喜好，
不喜歡八角味道太重的人可以放少一點)

等炒香了之後~~再倒入細冰糖~
加入水與米酒.醬油.五香粉.雞腳後
小火滷約1小時(想做雞腳凍的朋友，
醬料不必調得太重口味，不然肉凍吃起來會太鹹喔!)

水滾後可以試味道，若太鹹可用糖來調整

將雞腳將雞腳與湯汁一起放涼後冷藏放置，
等湯汁變成像果凍一樣就完成了雞腳凍

斬斷心索　

有一則故事，一個後生從家裡到一座禪院去，在路上他看到了一件有趣的事，他想以此去考考禪院裡的老禪師。


來到禪院，他與禪師一邊品茗，一邊閒扯，冷不防他問了一句：「什麼是團團轉？」
「皆因繩未斷。」老禪師隨口答道。


後生聽到禪師這樣回答，頓時目瞪口呆。
禪師見狀，問道：「什麼使你如此驚訝？」
「老師父，我驚訝的是，您怎麼知道？」

後生接著說：「今天在來的路上，看到一頭牛被繩子穿了鼻子，拴在樹子，這頭牛想離開這棵樹，到草地上去吃草，誰知牠轉來轉去都不得脫身。我以為師父您既沒看到，肯定答不出來，哪知師父隨口便答對了。」


老禪師微笑著說：「你問的是事，我答的是理，你問的是牛被繩縛而不得解脫，我答的是心被俗務糾纏而不得超脫，一理通百事啊！」


後生大悟！

一只風箏，再怎麼飛，也飛不上萬里高空，是因為被繩牽住；一匹壯碩的馬，再怎麼頑烈，只要被馬鞍套上，就任由鞭抽，也因為被繩牽住。


那麼，我們的人生，又常常被什麼牽住了呢？


一塊圖章，常常讓我們坐想行思；

一個職稱，常常讓我們輾轉反側；

一回輸贏，常常讓我們殫精竭慮；

一次得失，常常讓我們痛心疾首；

一段情緣，常常讓我們愁腸百結；

一份殘缺，常常讓我們蹙眉千度。


為了錢，我們東西南北團團轉；

為了權，我們上下左右團團轉；

為了慾，我們百轉千迴奔竄；

為了名，我們日日夜夜竄奔。


快樂哪去了？

幸福哪去了？

因為一根繩子，風箏失去了天空；

因為一根繩子，水牛失去了草原；

因為一根繩子，駿馬失去了馳騁。

塵世的誘惑或牽掛都是繩。


人生三千煩惱絲，你斬斷了多少？


禪師說：「眾生就像那頭被繩束縛的牛，被許多煩惱與慾念纏縛著，生生死死不得解脫。」
